Delete your account

You can delete your Learn Romanian account and its data at any time — straight from the app, or by sending us a request.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Learn Romanian.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the progress synced to it are permanently removed right away. (If you’re only using the app as a guest, no account exists — uninstalling the app removes the on-device data.)

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account at support@learnromanian.today with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify the request and delete your account, usually within a few days and no later than 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and login credentials (email).
  • Learning progress and settings synced to your account.
  • Product-analytics identifiers associated with the account.

What we may keep

  • Purchase records. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple and Google. We don’t store your payment details, and you manage or cancel purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Limited records we’re legally required to retain (for example, basic transaction logs for tax and fraud-prevention purposes), kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
